During the Summer term, after half term, in their DT lessons year 2 children will be designing their own t-shirt motifs using sewing, appliqué and fabric pens to represent their time at Hunter’s bar Infant School.
All year 2 children will need a clean plain white, or pale colour, t-shirt for this task.
We are asking for parents/carers of year 2 children to donate a t-shirt for their child to use for this project.
These should be brought into school during the first week after half term.
If you are able to donate more than one t-shirt we would be grateful for any additional donations.
We are also looking for donations of small pieces of fabric – children will use these for the appliqué on their t-shirts.
