Ms Glossop is our Emotional Literacy Support Assistant

At our school, we are proud to have a dedicated ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) who plays a vital role in supporting the emotional wellbeing and social development of our children. The ELSA works closely with children who may need extra help to build their confidence, manage their feelings, and develop positive relationships with others.

Through tailored activities and one-on-one support, our ELSA helps children develop important social and emotional skills, fostering resilience, self-awareness, and good communication. This support creates a caring and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and ready to learn.

Our ELSA is a key part of our team, ensuring that our pupils’ emotional needs are met so they can thrive both academically and personally.
