HUNTERS BAR INFANT SCHOOL

OFSTED REPORT

We are delighted that following a one day Ofsted inspection on 14 September 2017, school has been judged to be maintaining the good quality of education seen at the previous inspection.

The inspector said that school has ‘…created a positive culture of learning for both pupils and staff.’ We ‘… set high standards for how we want staff to conduct themselves and have created a safe environment where everyone is valued. Staff are enthusiastic, welcoming, approachable and open to new challenges, and pupils are well supported, happy and love coming to school. Parents and carers value the special atmosphere school has created.’

Ofsted invites parents and carers to share their views on Parent View. Parent View gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think about your child’s school, from the quality of teaching to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. The short survey at http://parentview.ofsted.gov.uk can be completed at any time; you don’t have to wait until the school is being inspected. If you need help to use Parent View, please come into school and ask at reception but otherwise click on the Parent View logo to take part.
