UNIVERSAL FREE SCHOOL MEALS
All children in Hunter’s Bar Infant School are entitled to free school meals. No payment is required when a meal is ordered. We are delighted that the majority of children now take up the offer of a free school meal.
Our school meals are provided by Taylor Shaw and are prepared in the kitchens within Hunter’s Bar Junior School.

DRINKS AND SNACKS
The school is part of the national School Fruit and Vegetable Scheme and provides a daily fruit or vegetable snack for all children.
Milk is available for children each morning and all children under five, and those in receipt of free school meals, are entitled to receive milk free of charge.
It is important that children remain hydrated during the school day . We strongly encourage parents and children to invest in a non-drip, plastic water bottle and these are available to buy in school at a small cost. Children can refill their water bottles in their classrooms.
