Secret Reader
We love hearing people read books to us in class, so we are relaunching our Secret Reader!
This is where grown-ups, (parents, carers, grandparents, in fact anyone linked to our school), come into class and read a story, poem or non-fiction book to us at the end of the day. We try to keep it a secret from the children so it is a surprise who might be reading that day!
We can provide you with a book, or you can bring in your favourite child friendly book to read.
If you are interested in doing this, please discuss a date with your child’s class teacher.
If you are unable to come into school to read to us, please feel free to film yourself reading a child friendly book and send it into school and we can watch it instead.
